MVQ silicone ‘U’ profiles can be used to protect and edge internal and external apertures and for edging cylindrical panels.
We highly recommend that our adhesive E41 is used to fix the ‘U’ section permanently. A small bead of E41 adhesive should be applied to the inside of the ‘U’ section and then pushed into place. In some cases, it may help to put a few pieces of masking tape over the ‘U’ section to hold it in place whilst the silicone adhesive is allowed to cure (approx. 24 hrs).
