Where homogenous silicone is not strong enough for the desired application, a range of braided reinforcements are available. Glassfibre reinforcement is one of the most popular, but reinforcement is also available in Kevlar, Polyester Yarn or Polyester Monofilament.
Platinum cured braided hoses are also available, offering no peroxide by-products and non-yellowing properties.
