Superclear Silicone Sheet
‘Glass clear’ silicone rubber sheet, produced from centrifugally cast liquid silicone rubber (LSR). These sheets are 915mm wide and available in thicknesses from 0.25mm to 3.2mm. Manufactured in platinum cured silicone, MVQ ‘SuperClear’ offers excellent transparency and is non-yellowing. It is tough, flexible with good tear resistance and long-term durability making it an ideal gasketing material.
Applications include ‘invisible’ gaskets for architectural lighting and handheld devices, keypad protection and moisture protection on electrical handheld instrument panels.

Technical
BISCO® HT–6240 transparent solid silicone is part of the performance grade solid silicone series.
Its high clarity (not optically clear) provides a unique benefit in portable electronic applications.
Beyond this feature, it shares similar properties to its softer counterparts: high tear strength, and extremely tight thickness tolerances.
