Unlike most silicone rubber suppliers, we hold many of our most popular products in stock; including tubing, sheeting and cord, which makes for extremely short lead times and small MOQs (minimum order quantities). This also allows us to produce seals, gaskets, O-rings or other fabrications, with added adhesive backing if required, in record time.

If we don’t have the product you need in stock, our expert in-house tooling, manufacturing capabilities and wide range of compounds and additives mean that production possibilities are almost limitless, with lead times from 4-5 weeks and MOQs from just 10m.

MVQ Silicones and Silex Limited hold an extensive range of products in stock in the Europe and UK, allowing extremely fast lead times. Products can be punched into gaskets, waterjet cut, cut to lengths, printed, or adhesive backed to your specification on site within days. MVQ and Silex are also part of the “preferred converter” network of the Rogers Corporation, and supplies the full range of their low-smoke, low-toxicity silicone sponges and foams for the Automotive, Rail and Aerospace industry.

For slightly more unusual products, MVQ and Silex offer bespoke manufacturing. In-house tooling allows us to produce a vast range of sheeting, extrusions, seals, gaskets and mouldings to your specifications. We stock a huge range of high-quality compounds from Dow Corning, Elkem, Momentive and Wacker Chemie, from which we can select the perfect compound for your project. Colour matching, printing, special colour effects, self-adhesive backing and fabrication services are all available on-site.

If we don’t already have a suitable tool in stock, our in-house tooling capabilities allows us to produce extrusion tools, punches and jigs quickly, and within tight tolerances so we can work to your exact specifications. You can find our range of existing tools here.

MVQ and Silex only stock the highest quality silicone compounds and products from Rogers Corp, Wacker Chemie, Dow Corning, Momentive and Elkem. This allows us to produce extremely high quality products to tight tolerances that are suitable to almost any application. We produce silicones to FDA, WRAS, KTW, BFR XV and USP Class VI standards to name a few.

Such a wide range of products held in stock and vast manufacturing capabilities allows us to supply silicone rubber products with very low minimum order quantities on lead times from next-day (for items in stock) to as little as 4-5 weeks for bespoke products.
