With the ability to safely detect and islolate foreign particles easily, MVQ metal detactable silicone is now commonplace in many food processing and pharmaceutical applications. Sheet products have excellent damping and mechanical properties, flexibility and elasticity and good resistance to high and low temperatures (-60°C to 200°C). Furthermore, Silex metal detectable silicone has excellent resistance to mildew, funghi and UV, and is available as plain or with pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.
