Blade Cutting

Particularly popular on extruded articles and smaller, more intricate articles that cannot be punched, blade cutting is an economical solution with no tooling fees.

Water Jet Cutting

Water jet cutting is a highly precise method of cutting that gives clean edges and super-tight tolerances. Popular for washers, gaskets and seals.

Punching

For high volume or repeated runs, punch tools can be quickly and inexpensively produced. This is popular method for cutting gaskets and washers.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is also offered for intricate cut articles. We have had mixed results with laser cutting, with some customers reporting poor edges. We would therefore recommend a small trial order before committing to a large run using this method.
