Silicone Rubber Square Section
Silicone rubber square section in 60° Shore A hardness. Excellent for applications requiring good sealing properties at high and low temperatures.
These square sections are suitable for use from -40°C up to +200°C with capabilities at 230°C intermittentl, can be increased ot 300°C with special additives.
Fully compliant to FDA 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004, making it suitable for applications requiring direct food contact. More colours and sizes are available on request.

1.5 % ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker E (50% paste of bis-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-peroxide in silicone fluid); 10 min / 135°C in press
0.7 % ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker C1 (Dicumylperoxide); 15 min /165 °C in press
Availability and Fabrication Possibility
- Available in continous coils of 25m depending on size
- Can be cut down to any given length
